Wanted Win Review

A 2023 site with live tables and instant play

Wanted Win launched in 2023, and its lobby lists live baccarat, blackjack, craps, keno, roulette and table games alongside slots, video poker, bingo and scratch cards. The live types are singled out as their own category, which tells you where the site puts some of its attention.

The overall rating is 3 out of 5 on a five-point scale, and the status is Good. That's a moderate mark: worth exploring, not a guarantee of anything.

Studios and live tables

The supplier list runs to 96 names — that's a large roster, and it includes Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play n GO and Hacksaw Gaming, among many others. A name on that list supports the studio relationship; it doesn't by itself tell you which titles are live or how the site performs.

For live play, the listed categories are baccarat, blackjack, craps, keno, roulette and table games. Those are categories, not table counts; the number of tables behind each one isn't something I can confirm from this data.

Responsible-gambling links

Wanted Win lists GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy among its responsible-gambling organisations. Those are help resources, not licences, and their presence on the site doesn't establish certification or the quality of the operator's own safeguards.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both ₮20. Deposits include Apple Pay, AstroPay, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, CoinsPaid, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Flexepin, Interac, Litecoin, Maestro, MasterCard, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Neosurf, Neteller, paysafecard, Skrill, Tether Wallet, Visa and Wire Transfer. Withdrawals cover a narrower set: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, CoinsPaid, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Interac, Litecoin, MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill, Tether Wallet, Visa and Wire Transfer. Apple Pay, AstroPay, Flexepin, Maestro, MasterCard, MuchBetter, Neosurf and paysafecard appear in the deposit list but not the withdrawal list.

Withdrawal times vary by method: crypto wallet is instant; e-wallets take 0–24 business hours; credit cards take 2–3 business days; wire transfer takes 3–5 business days.

The withdrawal limits are split between standard and VIP-club tiers. Standard: ₮2000 per day, ₮5000 per week, ₮20000 per month. VIP-club: ₮5000 per week and ₮20000 per month.

Supported currencies are USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, INR and CLP. Whether conversion applies, and at what rate, isn't stated here.

What the lobby looks like

The desktop lobby uses a dark charcoal background with gold and yellow accents, rounded buttons and pill-shaped category tabs. The top menu includes Games, Promotions and Loyalty Program, and there's a search field below the category strip.

The tiles shown include Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Chicken Coin, Wild West Treasures, Legacy of Dead and Bonanza Billion. In the second view, provider names run under each tile and the layout is denser, with more tiles per row.

Mobile and access options

The access options are Instant Play, Mobile Web and Mobile, plus a Live Dealer category. The mobile flags for Android and iOS are both off, which doesn't prove there's no app — just that no native app is confirmed here. Mobile Web is the supported browser route.

Where the site is restricted

The restricted-country list is long: it includes the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, Turkey and many others. The site is not VPN-friendly. A VPN isn't a workaround — and a restriction here doesn't necessarily mean technical blocking or account closure, just that the market is restricted.

Support channels

Support is available via Live Chat and Email. The confirmed chat language is English only, while the site itself is available in English, German, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Italian and Estonian. That gap is worth noting: if you need help in German or French, email isn't confirmed to cover it.
