UpTown Aces Casino Review

A long-running RTG casino

UpTown Aces Casino has been running since 2014, and its game selection is built around a single studio: RTG. The categories cover slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, video poker, keno and other table games. There's a real spread of betting styles even without a second developer to browse. The casino carries a 3 on a 5-point scale and a Good status. Neither label is a promise about how the place runs day to day.

Payments and payout limits

Deposits start at $10, and the casino takes cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, plus crypto (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin) along with Interac. Withdrawals are narrower. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Interac, cheque, Payz and wire transfer are the listed routes. Cards are deposit-only here. Funding with a Visa means using one of the other routes to get money out.

The bigger constraint is the withdrawal minimum: $100. A $10 deposit doesn't get you close to that. Small balances have to build before they can leave. On top of that, payouts are capped at $5,000 per week, and the casino quotes 1 to 3 business days for crypto and wire transfer, while cheques run 17 to 20 business days. Would I plan around a cheque? Probably not, unless I'm fine waiting most of a month. Everything is handled in USD.

Who can play

UpTown Aces isn't open everywhere. The restricted list includes Israel, the Netherlands, the Republic of Moldova and the United Kingdom. Outside those countries, the door is open; inside them, it isn't. The casino also shows no VPN-friendly stance. A masked connection isn't a workaround I'd count on. Check where you actually live before you sign up.

One studio, many formats

RTG is the only provider listed, and that's worth knowing before you join: you're getting one studio's catalogue rather than a mash-up of suppliers. The upside is a full spread of formats. Baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games sit alongside slots, video poker and keno. Both card players and slot players have somewhere to start.

The lobby at a glance

The lobby is dark charcoal and black, lit up by neon purples, pinks and oranges from the game artwork, which gives it a late-night arcade feel. Games sit in full-width horizontal rows with category headings and arrow controls, and the top menu runs across Home, New Games, Popular, Crash Games, Slots, Jackpots, Originals Picks, Video Poker, Table Games, Specialty and Progressives. It's tile-heavy and direct: you scan a row, tap a game. I'd start with the menu tabs rather than scrolling, since the rows are long.

Playing away from a desktop

There's no native Android or iOS app. Mobile play happens through the browser instead. Mobile Web is supported, along with a Download option for desktop. That's a workable setup if you're happy playing in a phone browser; just don't expect an app-store download.

Responsible gambling support

The casino points players to GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous for help with problem gambling. Seeing recognised organisations named is a positive sign, though a listing doesn't tell you how quickly the casino itself would respond if you asked for a limit or a break.

Getting in touch

Support comes through live chat and email. The site is available in English and German, but the chat languages listed are narrower: Arabic only. That's a gap worth flagging if you need help in English or German and expect chat to cover it. Email is the listed route for those languages. Neither channel comes with published hours. I'd treat response times as unknown rather than assume round-the-clock cover.
