SmokAce Casino Review

A new name with a full lobby

SmokAce Casino opened in 2023 and carries a Good status with a 4-out-of-5 rating. That's a short history. The lobby is the thing to look at. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other live table games sit alongside slots, bingo, keno, video poker and scratch cards.

Deposits, withdrawals and what they cost you

The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €20. You can fund an account with crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin), with e-wallets including Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, or with a card. The withdrawal list is shorter, but it covers crypto, Skrill, MiFinity and Wire Transfer.

Payout speed depends on the route: e-wallets and crypto wallets are listed at 1 to 2 business hours, while Wire Transfer takes 1 to 5 business days. On caps, one figure is labelled both per day and per transaction at €1,000, alongside €3,000 per day and €20,000 per month. Because that label is ambiguous, I wouldn't treat the €1,000 number as a settled daily rule; the €20,000 monthly ceiling is the figure to plan around. Accounts are held in EUR, CAD, NOK, NZD, ARS and KZT.

Reaching a person

Live chat, email and phone are all listed as contact routes. Chat is confirmed in Arabic. The site itself displays in English, German, Russian, Norwegian, Finnish, French and Kazakh, but the interface languages and the chat language are separate things. Don't read one as covering the other. No response times or opening hours are given for any channel.

Studios and the games they bring

Sixty-five studios supply the catalogue. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play n GO are among them. That's a long roster, and the live tables are the part I'd start with.

Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other live table games make up the live section. The rest of the lobby runs to slots, bingo, keno, video poker and scratch cards.

Responsible gambling

GambleAware is named on the site as a responsible gambling organisation. That's a helpline reference, and it's a useful one to know about.

Playing on a phone

Instant Play, Mobile Web, a Telegram route and a general Mobile entry are the supported access options. There's no separate native Android or iOS app indicated here. A browser is the way in, on a desktop or a phone.

Who can open an account

The restricted list names Aruba, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, the Republic of Moldova, Singapore, Sint Maarten, Ukraine and the United Kingdom, among other territories. If your country appears there, an account isn't an option. The casino is not listed as VPN friendly. A tunnel isn't a route around the restriction.

How the lobby looks

The homepage and lobby share a dark brown and black palette with gold and orange accents, which gives the site a dimly lit, saloon feel. The lobby shows a horizontal bar of category icons, provider and collection dropdowns, and a search field above a tile grid. The homepage hero is a Hacksaw Gaming banner reading "The best Hacksaw games await you!", and tiles there include Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead. The second screen carries a mobile-style bottom bar with Menu, Casino, Create an Account, Search and Live Chat.
