Reels of Joy Casino Review

One studio, seven game types

Reels of Joy Casino has run since 2016 and carries a Good status with a rating of 3 out of 5. Its catalogue comes from a single supplier, RTG, and covers slots, table games, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, keno and video poker. One studio's output is a clear identity rather than a broad one; if you already like RTG's games, that's the whole library in one place.

A single supplier

RTG is the only software provider listed. The entire library runs through one source. That's a real limit on choice, and it's worth knowing before you sign up rather than after. The upside is consistency: one studio's slots and tables instead of a patchwork of styles. I'd browse the lobby first, since the whole selection hangs on how much you like RTG.

Problem gambling support

The site links to Gambling Therapy, which provides support for problem gambling. That's a useful connection for anyone who needs it. It's a signposted route to independent help, not a statement about how the casino itself operates.

Deposit and withdrawal conditions

The minimum deposit is AU$20; the minimum withdrawal is AU$100. That gap is the first thing I'd note, because a small balance can build up but won't cash out until it clears the threshold. Withdrawals cap at AU$5000 per day and AU$10000 per week, and balances are held in AUD, USD, EUR or GBP.

Deposits cover crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDC), e-wallets such as Neteller and Payz, cards including Visa and MasterCard, vouchers such as Flexepin and Neosurf, and Wire Transfer. Withdrawals are narrower: Neteller, paysafecard, Payz, Visa and Wire Transfer. Many deposit methods don't appear on the withdrawal side. A route that's easy to pay in with may not be the one you cash out through. Timing splits by method — crypto wallets in 0 to 12 business hours, e-wallets in 0 to 24 business hours, credit cards in 4 to 5 business days, Wire Transfer in 3 to 7 business days.

The lobby layout

The lobby uses a green and gold scheme with a left sidebar for Home, Promotions, Calendar, VIP, Jackpots and Support, and horizontal tabs across the top for game categories. Two rows of tiles fill the main area, and there's no search field in view. The sidebar and tabs keep a dense grid readable.

Playing in a browser

Mobile Web is supported. You can play through a phone browser. Instant Play and Mobile are listed as access options too. Neither an Android nor an iOS app is listed. Plan around the browser route rather than a download. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

Restricted territories

The restricted list is long. Check it before you register. The United States appears, including the US Minor Outlying Islands, along with much of Europe — the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic among them — plus the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey and Thailand. It reads as a broad exclusion list rather than a short set of exceptions.

Contact channels

Support runs through Live Chat, Email and Phone, and the site is presented in English. Live chat is confirmed in English only. I wouldn't assume wider language coverage. The three channels are listed without opening hours; if you're relying on phone or chat at an odd time, confirm availability before you need it.
