Pots of Luck Casino Review

Pots of Luck Casino at a glance

Pots of Luck Casino has been running since 2016, and its lobby uses a deep green look with a left icon rail and tabs for Casino, Sports and Live. The catalogue covers slots, bingo, keno, scratch cards, video poker and live tables. The casino carries a Warning status here, alongside a 3-out-of-5 rating. That warning is the first thing I'd weigh.

Playing on a phone

There's no dedicated Android or iOS app listed. The supported route is the browser: Pots of Luck lists Mobile Web and Instant Play. You can play without installing anything. That covers access, not performance. Live dealer games are listed separately from Mobile, and I wouldn't assume the two lobbies match.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

The minimum deposit is €10, and the minimum withdrawal is €20. Withdrawal requests go through e-wallets in 1–7 business days or credit cards in 3–7 business days. The cashout ceiling is €3,000 per week and €6,000 per month. Would I take the weekly cap? Only for smaller cashouts.

Deposits include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Payz, Trustly, MuchBetter, Neosurf and Pay by Phone Bill. Withdrawals list Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Payz and Trustly. MuchBetter, Neosurf and Pay by Phone Bill appear for deposits only. Don't count on cashing out through those three. Accounts can be held in EUR, GBP, CAD and CNY.

Games and studios

The lobby draws on 57 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt and Evolution. Live options cover blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps and other table games, while the wider selection includes slots, bingo, keno, scratch cards and video poker. Book of Dead and Starburst are visible in the lobby; they're a sample, not the full range.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby screens show a left icon rail, a header with search and account buttons, and tabs for Casino, Sports and Live. Category tiles (Providers, All, Casino, Casual, Featured, Jackpots, Live and New) sit above a dense grid of portrait game tiles, with a Join Now button prominent. The search field is in the header rather than buried in a menu, which makes it easy to find.

Responsible gambling

Pots of Luck links to GamCare, GambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous for problem-gambling help. Those are support organisations, not a licence or a certification.

Regional access

The site isn't listed as VPN friendly. A VPN flag alone doesn't tell you how access is enforced; account checks and payment rules can matter more. If you're outside the casino's accepted markets, that's the first thing to resolve.

Support and languages

Support runs through live chat and email, and chat is confirmed in English. The website itself is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Japanese and French. Those are interface languages; they don't establish what email or chat covers beyond the confirmed chat language.
