Goldex Casino Review

A new casino with a wide game selection

Goldex Casino opened in 2025 and carries a Good status. Its game library covers slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, live table games, bingo, craps, keno, scratch cards and video poker. You can move between a slot session and a live table without leaving the site. The casino lists 121 providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt). That's a large roster to browse, and it's the clearest thing the site has going for it so far.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €20. Both sides of the cashier support a mix of crypto and traditional routes: Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin sit alongside Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and bank wire. Paysafecard, Neosurf, AstroPay and Binance Pay appear as deposit methods but not in the withdrawal list. Plan your cashout route before you deposit. Currencies available are USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, NZD and NOK.

Withdrawal speed depends on the route. Crypto Wallet payouts are listed as instant, ewallets as 0 to 48 business hours, and credit cards and wire transfer as 1 to 5 business days. The standard account cap is €3000 per week and €15000 per month; VIP tiers raise it, from €5000 per week at Bronze up to €15000 per week and €60000 per month at Black. Would I take the weekly cap? Only for small cashouts — I would check the limit first if a large balance is on the line.

Support and languages

Support runs through live chat and email. Live chat is confirmed in English, and the site lists English, French, German, Italian and Norwegian among its languages. A translated interface doesn't guarantee an agent in that language. If you need help in French, German, Italian or Norwegian, ask in chat before you rely on it.

Countries and access

Goldex Casino restricts a long list of countries (the United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Israel and Turkey). That list is the casino's own restriction list, not a map of accepted markets. The site isn't flagged as VPN-friendly, which fits the presence of country restrictions. Check the terms for your jurisdiction before signing up.

Studios and game types

Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO are four of the 121 studios on the provider list. Evolution and Ezugi also appear, and the site lists live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette and live table games as categories. Slots, bingo, craps, keno, scratch cards and video poker sit alongside them. The lobby shows Gates of Olympus 1000 and Big Bass Bonanza 1000 among the slot tiles.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby uses a black and charcoal background with gold accents on the buttons and headings. A horizontal category bar runs under the header, with tabs for Slots, Live Casino, New games, Table Games, Bingo and Providers, and there's a search field at the top for games or providers. The slots screen keeps the same dark backdrop with purple accents and a dense grid of game tiles.

Playing on a phone

The site lists Mobile Web and Instant Play, and the platform list also includes Mobile App, Download and Telegram. Android and iOS are both flagged. The mobile browser is the simplest place to start; the lobby's category tabs and search should carry over to a smaller screen.

Responsible gambling links

The site names GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy as responsible gambling organisations. Those names point to help resources; the licence details sit in the casino's terms if you want to check its regulatory position.
