Winmasters Casino Review

A big catalogue, a warning attached

Winmasters Casino opened in 2014 and carries a Warning status with a rating of 2 out of 5. The catalogue is wide: slots, video poker, keno, scratch cards, craps, and live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, bingo and table games all appear among the listed categories. That range is the reason to look; the warning is the reason to read the rest before you register.

Gambling help links

GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are named as responsible gambling organisations. Those are established help bodies, and knowing they're listed is useful if you ever want somewhere to turn. A help listing isn't a licence, though, and it says nothing about how the operator handles a complaint or a withdrawal query.

Who can't sign up

The restricted list is long and takes in much of Europe: the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland are all on it. Australia, the United States and Mexico are there too, along with Cyprus, Romania and Greece — notable, since Romanian and Greek are among the interface languages.

If you're outside those markets, check your own jurisdiction before registering. VPN use isn't indicated as accepted here, and a workaround isn't a safe way in.

Studios behind the lobby

Winmasters lists 60 providers. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Evolution are among the better-known names, and the roster also includes Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil Gaming and Playtech. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, bingo and other table games are listed separately, and Evolution and Ezugi both appear among the suppliers.

A supplier count isn't a game count. I can't tell you how deep any one studio's selection runs. What the roster does show is that the live and slot sides draw on different suppliers rather than one house brand.

Deposits, withdrawals and the lei limits

Deposits start at lei20 and withdrawals at lei80. The cash-out floor is four times the deposit floor — worth knowing before you fund an account.

Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill and paysafecard all appear on both the deposit and withdrawal lists. Wire transfer is a withdrawal option too, though paysafecard on the withdrawal side is unusual enough that I'd confirm it in the cashier before relying on it.

Timing depends on the route: e-wallets 0–24 business hours, credit cards 2–3 business days, wire transfer 4–5 business days. The withdrawal limit is lei42,000 per day. Account currencies are RON, USD and EUR; conversion terms aren't something I can confirm here.

What the screens show

The lobby screenshot shows a desktop layout with a left sidebar for categories and providers, a search field, and filter tabs for New, Popular and Jackpot. The top menu runs horizontally alongside the login and register controls.

The homepage capture uses dark red, black and white with orange and gold accents on the hero art, and a two-column panel below the banner. I can see the controls; how well the filters behave once you use them is another matter.

Playing on a phone

Android and iOS are both indicated, and the listed access options include a mobile app, mobile web and a separate mobile entry. Live dealer is listed on its own. I wouldn't assume the live tables are built for a small screen without checking.

Contact and languages

Live chat, email and phone are the listed channels. Chat is confirmed in English; the interface languages are English, Greek and Romanian, and those are separate facts. Chat coverage in Greek or Romanian isn't established by the interface list.

No response times or opening hours are given. If your query is about a withdrawal, I'd raise it through a channel you can keep a record of rather than relying on a quick chat reply.
