VoodooDreams Casino Review

A 2016 site with a live-dealer focus

VoodooDreams Casino has been running since 2016, and it carries a Good status with a 3 rating on a five-point scale. The lobby separates slots from a live section, and that live section covers baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other table games. That's a fairly complete spread of live categories for one site; slots and scratch cards sit alongside, and bingo appears too.

Deposits, withdrawals and the caps

The cashier asks for at least €10 on a deposit and lets you withdraw from €20. You can deposit with Flexepin, Interac, PayPal, Skrill, Trustly, Visa, MasterCard and more; withdrawals go out to Interac, MasterCard, Neteller, PayPal, paysafecard, Payz, Skrill, Swish, Trustly, Visa and Wire Transfer. Wire Transfer appears on the withdrawal side only.

Timing depends on the route. Ewallets are quoted at 0–24 business hours; credit cards at 2–4 business days. Then there's the cap: €100000 per day, labelled Instant. I would check the withdrawal cap first, because it's a daily figure and a large balance can only leave in daily slices. Account currencies are EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, NZD and SEK.

Studios behind the games

VoodooDreams lists 28 providers. NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Evolution are among them, and you'll find Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, Push Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming on the list too. A studio name tells you who supplies games; it doesn't tie any single studio to a particular game or to the live tables.

The live categories are baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other table games. Live games are listed as their own group, separate from slots and scratch cards. Whether a given title is available is best checked in the lobby.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby is on a dark navy-to-charcoal background with purple and magenta accents, and a left-hand sidebar holds the logo, promotions and the login and register buttons. Above the game grid you'll find a search icon and tabs for Slots, Live Casino and Table Games & Arcade. The live and table sections are a click away from the front page.

The game rows are dense in both views, and tiles carry provider logos. That's a busy lobby. It's also easy to find your way round thanks to the persistent left column.

Playing in a browser

There's no separate Android or iOS app listed; access runs through Instant Play and Mobile Web. It's a browser route, plain and simple. You can reach the lobby from a phone without installing anything.

Help organisations linked

GamCare, GambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are all named for responsible gambling. Their presence is a pointer to the help side; it isn't a licence statement. The operator's regulatory detail sits elsewhere.

Countries, and the VPN flag

The site carries a flag saying it is not VPN-friendly. The country list supplied here includes the United States, France, Germany, Australia and Canada, alongside many others. That list is a country record, not a breakdown of which markets are closed. Eligibility has to be confirmed in the operator's terms before you register.

Chat and email

Live Chat and Email are the two contact routes. Live Chat is confirmed for English; that says which language the chat covers, not how long a reply takes or when the desk is open. The website is in English, Swedish, French and Estonian, which is a wider set than the chat. I'd ask support directly about hours before relying on a late-night answer.
