Ursa Casino Review

A young casino with a deep studio roster

Ursa Casino opened in 2024 and carries a Good status on a five-point rating scale, with a score of 3. That's a fair summary of a site still in its early years. What it does have is range: slots, scratch cards, video poker, bingo, plus live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other live table games.

Deposits, withdrawals and the weekly cap

Both the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are €20, and accounts run in euros. The deposit list mixes cards, e-wallets and bank routes: MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Skrill, Revolut, Zimpler, Nordea, paysafecard, Apple Pay and Pay N Play. Of those, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Revolut, Zimpler and Nordea also appear for withdrawals, alongside wire transfer.

Payout timing depends on the route. E-wallets are listed at 0 to 24 business hours; wire transfer and credit cards at 3 to 5 business days. The withdrawal limit is €5,000 per week, which is the figure I'd check against your usual cashout size before committing.

Support and site languages

Help runs through live chat and email, and the site is available in English, French and Finnish. Only English is confirmed for live chat. That's worth knowing if you'd rather handle a payment query in French or Finnish.

Access and country restrictions

Ursa Casino is not marked as VPN-friendly. Don't count on a VPN to sort out access from a restricted country. Check the terms for your location before registering.

31 studios, slots to live tables

Ursa works with 31 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Nolimit City and Evolution. The live lobby draws on the usual live categories — baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games — and the wider selection covers slots, video poker, bingo and scratch cards. A first look at the slots grid shows Moon Princess 100, Reactoonz 2 and Temple Tumble Megaways. You can judge the catalogue for yourself from there.

Finding your way around

The slot lobby uses a dark navy and purple look, with arrow-controlled category tabs (Popular, New, Megaways, Drops & Wins) sitting above a search bar and a dense five-by-two grid of tiles. A hamburger menu and Offers, Casino and Live Casino links sit in the header. The main sections are easy to spot from the lobby.

Playing on a phone

Mobile is supported through mobile web and instant play, which means you can play in a browser without installing anything. There's no separate Android or iOS app listed. For live tables specifically, I'd confirm the mobile experience on the live lobby itself rather than assume it matches desktop.

Where to get help

The site points to Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, two organisations that offer support with problem gambling. Useful to know they're there, and worth bookmarking if gambling ever stops being fun.
