U88 Casino Review

A Malaysian casino with a focused wallet

U88 Casino has traded under that name since 2020, and its game menu already tells you what kind of site it is: baccarat, bingo, video poker and slots sit alongside live blackjack, roulette and other live table games. The status attached to it is Good, and the imported rating is 5 on a 5-point scale. Those labels are context, not a verdict I'm handing you.

Games and studios

Nineteen studios supply the catalogue. Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt are the names most people will recognise; Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City are there for players who follow particular slot studios. U88 doesn't lean on one supplier, which suits a mixed library rather than a single-studio shop.

The live section covers blackjack, roulette and other table games, with Evolution and Ezugi among the studios listed. If live tables are what you came for, the categories are confirmed; the individual tables aren't itemised here.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

U88 runs on Malaysian ringgit only, and the cashier is crypto-heavy: Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether Wallet appear on both the deposit and withdrawal lists, alongside wire transfer, TrustPay and Help2Pay. The minimum deposit is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM30. Neither figure is a barrier for small cashouts.

The withdrawal cap is RM50,000 per day. Crypto withdrawals are listed as instant; wire transfers take 0–24 business hours. I'd check the daily cap before planning a large withdrawal.

Playing on a phone

Mobile access comes through the browser. U88 lists Mobile and Mobile Web as supported, which means Instant Play in a phone browser rather than a dedicated app; no native Android or iOS download is listed. The live dealer category is listed separately from the mobile entry. I wouldn't assume the full live lobby behaves identically on a phone.

Navigation and identity

The homepage uses a green-and-white palette with a compact login form in the header and a horizontal menu running through Home, Sports, E-Sports, Fast Games, Live Casino, Slots, Fishing and Lottery. A search field sits below the category bar. On the VIP page the same green header stays put, with floating Download and Contact Us tabs at the screen edges — a useful signpost if you're hunting for support.

Access and VPN

U88 is flagged as VPN-friendly, which tells you a VPN isn't barred by the operator. It doesn't guarantee which countries the site accepts, and local rules still apply where you're playing.

Support and languages

You can reach U88 through Live Chat, Email or Phone. The site is available in English, Chinese and Malay. Those are the confirmed channels and languages; the support hours aren't listed. It's worth checking before relying on a late-night chat.
