Secret Pyramids Review

What Secret Pyramids is

Secret Pyramids launched in 2018 and carries a Warning status alongside a 3 out of 5 rating. That's context worth weighing, and the rating doesn't cancel the warning. The lobby covers slots, bingo, keno, scratch cards, video poker and live blackjack, roulette and table games. The choice runs wider than slots alone.

Safer gambling links

The site names GamCare, GambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Those are help organisations, not a licence or a certification of how the operator runs. Knowing they're listed is useful; it doesn't tell you how the casino's own safeguards work in practice.

Who can play

The restricted list is long. It includes the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland and Australia, plus many more countries across Europe, Asia and Africa. If you're outside the UK, check your country against that list before you do anything else. VPN use isn't supported here. A restriction doesn't by itself prove technical blocking or account closure, but the list is the list.

Games and studios

Secret Pyramids works with 29 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO and Nolimit City. A roster that size means variety; it doesn't guarantee a specific title or mechanic. The live section is the narrower part: live blackjack, live roulette and live table games are the formats listed.

Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is £10 and the minimum withdrawal is £10, in GBP. Deposits accept Maestro, MasterCard, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill and Visa, plus Pay by Phone Bill. Withdrawals list Maestro, MasterCard, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill and Visa — PayPal and Pay by Phone Bill appear on the deposit side only.

Payouts are slow by modern standards. Ewallets, wire transfer and credit cards all take 4 to 6 business days. The withdrawal limits field simply says no limit — useful, but it's not a processing-time promise. I'd factor the waiting time in before choosing a method.

How the lobby looks

The homepage header carries Home, Bonuses, Offers, Daily Wheel and Inbox, with a yellow All Games button above the tiles. The main routes sit at the top rather than in a sidebar. The visual identity leans desert-adventure: sandy beige and brown with pyramids at the top of the page. A second lobby view uses a space-themed background with a search bar, Spotlight, Featured and New rows, and icon tabs for Promotions, Bonus, Casino, Live and Jackpots — enough structure to browse by category rather than scroll one long list.

Playing on a phone

Mobile access runs through mobile web — the browser route — alongside Live Dealer and a Mobile entry. There are no Android or iOS app flags. If you want a native app you may not find one here. Mobile web covers the access route; it doesn't tell you how every live game behaves on a small screen.

Support

Live Chat and Email are the two contact channels. Chat is listed in English, and the site itself is English-only. The record doesn't set out chat hours or response times. I'd confirm those before relying on support for anything time-sensitive.
