Pronto Casino Review

Pronto Casino at a glance

Pronto Casino opened in 2018 and carries a Warning status alongside a rating of 3 out of 5. Both labels stand, and the warning is the one I'd weigh first.

The game selection covers slots, video poker, keno, scratch cards and live tables: roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and bingo.

Deposits and withdrawals

The cashier runs in Swedish kronor only, with deposits of at least SEK50. Two methods handle deposits: Swish and Trustly. Trustly is the withdrawal route, and Swish doesn't appear among the withdrawal options.

Withdrawals start at SEK50 and carry no stated limit. A published e-wallet payout window of 0–24 business hours sits alongside a withdrawal list that names no e-wallet. Would I plan a cashout around that timing? No — Trustly is the route the list actually supports.

Games and studios

Pronto lists 25 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO and Evolution. A supplier name tells you who makes games, not which titles are live here today.

The live lobby covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps, bingo and other table games. Slots, video poker, keno and scratch cards fill out the rest. A session can move between live tables and screen games without leaving the site.

Certification

The site displays a GLI Certification seal. What that seal covers at Pronto isn't spelled out. I'd read it as a stated certification rather than a full picture of how the casino is licensed and supervised.

Support and languages

The interface is in Swedish. Live chat is listed in English, and email is the other contact channel. Response times and opening hours aren't published. It's worth a quick chat message before you rely on either.

Playing on the move

Pronto works through a mobile browser, and Android and iOS versions are listed. The browser route is the confirmed access option; whether it matches the desktop lobby game for game is something to check on your own device.

Who can sign up

Pronto's restricted-country list includes Sweden's neighbours Denmark and the Netherlands, plus Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The United States, China and Turkey are also on it.

VPN access isn't listed as an option here. If your country appears on the list, opening an account isn't the route forward.

What the lobby looks like

The homepage uses a dark navy and blue base with white text and green action buttons. A horizontal menu runs through Hem, Pronto Favoriter, Live Casino, Spelautomater, Jackpot, Blackjack, Roulette and Bordspel.

The Spelautomater page lays games out in a dense grid of large square tiles on the same dark background, with search, notification and profile icons in the header.
