PrimeScratchCards Review

Scratch cards first, everything else alongside

PrimeScratchCards has run since 2005 and carries a Good status. The lobby leads with scratch cards rather than slots. If instant-win games are what you want first, that's the unusual thing here. The name isn't the whole story: slots, bingo, keno, video poker and a set of live tables sit alongside the cards.

Games and studios

Sixty-one studios supply the games. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and NetEnt are among the names. Live games cover baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other table games. The scratch cards, bingo, keno and video poker pick up where those leave off. The mix is wider than the scratch card branding suggests.

Player protection and testing

GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are listed as responsible gambling organisations. Recognised help routes are signposted. iTech Labs is listed without a classification, which I'd treat as a testing name rather than a licence I can confirm. That's the difference worth noting: the help organisations are clear, the seal isn't.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

Cards and PayPal are the deposit routes: MasterCard, Visa and Trustly join them. Withdrawals are wider. MasterCard, Visa, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, paysafecard and wire transfer are all listed. So a card deposit doesn't lock you into a card cashout.

Ewallets pay in 0 to 24 business hours, wire transfer takes 2 to 3 business days and cards 4 to 5 business days. The withdrawal cap is €5,000 per day and €10,000 per month, and the minimum deposit is €10 against a €20 minimum withdrawal. Eleven currencies are supported (EUR, USD, GBP and AUD). Would I take a five-figure month? For most cashouts the daily cap isn't the binding one.

Help channels and languages

Live chat and email are the contact routes, and English is the confirmed chat language. The site itself runs in English. Chat is the direct option when something needs sorting; email suits anything you'd rather put in writing. That's the split, not a claim about how fast either one answers.

Playing on a phone or tablet

Mobile Web is the supported route. The lobby works in a phone browser. Live Dealer and Mobile are separate features, which is not the same as mobile live tables. I'd open the browser version first rather than hunt for an app store listing.

Where the site is restricted

A long restricted-country list applies here, and the United States, France, Italy, Spain and Australia are on it. VPN use isn't supported. If you're outside those markets, the restriction list is the first thing to check before you register.

What the lobby looks like

The desktop lobby keeps a dark grey header and footer around an orange and gold hero, and the Join and login buttons sit top right. A horizontal menu runs Home, Scratch Cards, Slots and Casino, with no search field at the top. You navigate by tab and scroll.
