Premier Live Casino Review

Premier Live Casino at a glance

Premier Live Casino opened in 2016 and carries a Warning status, with a rating of 3 out of 5. That's the first thing to know before you look at the lobby. The site offers live dealer tables, slots and other casino games, and the live side is broad for its size: baccarat, bingo, blackjack, craps, roulette and other table games.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

Trustly is the payment method listed for both deposits and withdrawals, with a minimum of €20 in each direction. You can hold a balance in EUR or SEK.

Withdrawal limits are listed as no limit. That's a scope statement, not a promise about how fast money arrives. One detail doesn't line up: the payout timing mentions e-wallets at 0 to 24 business hours, but no e-wallet withdrawal method is listed. I'd plan around Trustly and confirm the timing with the cashier before requesting a payout.

Responsible gambling

The site names GamCare, GambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous as responsible gambling organisations. Those are recognised support services, and they're a sensible place to start if play stops being fun. A help listing on a casino page isn't a licence, and I wouldn't read it as one.

Games and studios

The live tables are the draw here: baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and bingo, plus a mixed table games category. Slots, video poker, keno and scratch cards sit alongside them.

Twenty-seven studios supply the games. Evolution is the obvious name for live dealer play, and Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO are among the slot suppliers. A roster this wide gives you plenty to browse in the lobby.

What the lobby looks like

The homepage is dark navy and black with gold accents, and a gold hero banner sits above a row of trust badges. Category tabs (Top, New, Live, Blackjack, Roulette, Table Games, Slots and Jackpots) run horizontally over a dense grid of game tiles, with search and account controls in the header.

The Slots screen keeps the same dark background and gold Deposit button, with a multi-row tile grid and small titles and provider labels under each game. There's no visible sidebar or footer. Book of Dead and Starburst appear on both screens. The lobby mixes older staples with newer titles.

Playing on a phone or desktop

You can play through Instant Play in a browser or on Mobile Web, and there's a separate Mobile and Live Dealer option listed. I wouldn't assume the live tables work the same on a phone as on a desktop; the lobby is built for a browser either way.

Who can't sign up

The restricted-country list is long and includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Portugal. China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates are also blocked.

Getting help

Email is the support channel listed, and the site is available in English, Swedish and Finnish. Response times aren't stated anywhere I can see. I'd plan around a wait rather than expect an immediate answer.
