PokerStars Review

PokerStars at a glance

PokerStars has run since 2001 and carries a Warning status with a 3 out of 5 rating. The casino side covers slots, video poker, keno, scratch cards and live tables for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other table games. Poker and sports sit alongside it in the same top menu.

Payments and payouts

You can deposit from €10; the minimum withdrawal is €100. That gap is the first thing I'd check before joining. Withdrawals are listed as no limit. The timeframe varies by route: e-wallets 0–24 business hours, wire transfer 2–3 business days, credit cards 4–5 business days. Those are processing windows, not guaranteed dates for the money to land.

Deposits include cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), e-wallets like Neteller and Skrill, and prepaid options such as paysafecard. Withdrawals cover Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, Skrill, Payz, Wire Transfer and a few more. The supported currencies are EUR, USD, GBP and CAD.

Games and studios

The casino lists slots, video poker, keno, scratch cards and live tables for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other table games. Twenty-two providers are named, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play n GO and Hacksaw Gaming. The lobby screenshot shows tiles for Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza and Wolf Gold.

Responsible gambling

GamCare, GambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are listed.

Support

Live chat and email are the two contact routes. Chat is confirmed in English. The site's interface languages are English, Spanish, German, Russian and French, but the chat language list is narrower. I'd confirm before assuming chat works in anything other than English.

Mobile and apps

PokerStars lists Android and iOS apps, plus mobile web and a download option. The apps and the browser are separate access routes. Mobile web covers browser play.

Country restrictions

Hong Kong, Israel, South Africa, Switzerland and the United States are restricted. A non-VPN-friendly status is listed. If you're in one of those countries, check the terms before anything else.

What the screenshots show

The homepage has a black header and a purple gradient hero with a Join button, then three game tiles underneath. The lobby is dark charcoal with a top menu row (Poker, Casino, Sports) and a secondary row with Slots, Live Casino, Table Games and Instant Win. A search field sits on the right. The grid below includes Pragmatic Play, ELK and Hacksaw Gaming tiles, with jackpot amounts on some.
