My Jackpot Review

A focused slots site with a mixed record

My Jackpot is a slots-only casino that launched in 2023 and carries a Warning status alongside a 3 out of 5 rating. That combination is worth stating plainly at the top: the warning is material, and the rating scale runs to 5. The site focuses on one category rather than spreading across tables and live dealer rooms, which suits anyone who wants a straightforward slots lobby.

Slots and the studios behind them

Every game listed belongs to a single category: slots. The lobby's ten providers include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Merkur Gaming. Ten studios is a workable roster for a slots-only site, though it's smaller than what multi-category casinos typically list. The range here covers familiar names and German-market specialists (Bally Wulff and Gamomat).

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are both €10. Deposits cover a wide set of methods, from cards (Visa and MasterCard) to e-wallets including PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, plus crypto in Bitcoin and Ethereum. Withdrawals are a shorter list: Bitcoin, Ethereum, MasterCard, paysafecard, Skrill and Visa. Paysafecard appears in both lists, though its use as a withdrawal route is unusual. I'd confirm that one at the cashier before relying on it. The account currency is EUR.

On timing, e-wallets and crypto wallets are quoted at 0 to 24 business hours, and credit cards at 1 to 3 business days. The stated withdrawal limit is no limit. That's a strong terms line, and it sits alongside the Warning status, which is why I'd treat the cap as something to verify on your own account rather than a blanket promise.

Support channels and site languages

Live chat, email and phone are all listed as support channels. Chat is confirmed in English; other languages may be handled through email or phone instead, though the feed doesn't specify which. The site itself is published in fifteen languages, including English, Spanish, German, Russian, Swedish and Turkish. The gap between fifteen interface languages and one confirmed chat language is worth knowing before you open a chat window.

Playing on a phone

My Jackpot offers a download, instant play, a mobile app, mobile web and mobile access, with Android and iOS both flagged. That's broad coverage on paper, but flags don't guarantee a smooth app. Given the slots-only focus, the browser lobby is likely the simplest starting point, with the app as an optional extra.

Inside the lobby

The lobby screenshots show a purple background and gold game artwork across a grid of twenty slot tiles, with the site name and tagline in a slim header above. Titles on screen include Total Eclipse, 40 Sevens, Demi Gods V and Poseidon's Rising. Navigation is thin: there are no visible lobby tabs, category menus or search field, and the hamburger icon sits at the top right on the download page. With one game category, that simpler layout may be enough, but a search field would help once the catalogue grows.

Where the site isn't available

My Jackpot restricts access from Cuba, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Israel, Sudan and the Syrian Arab Republic. VPN use isn't supported. I'd check this list against your location before creating an account, since restricted access can affect deposits and withdrawals later.
