LuckyKong Casino Review

What LuckyKong offers

LuckyKong Casino has run since 2022 and covers a wide range of play, from slots and video poker to live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and craps. The live tables sit alongside bingo, keno and scratch cards. The lobby isn't built around one format.

One thing to know before you sign up: the casino carries a warning status. I'd treat that as a reason to read the terms carefully rather than a reason to dismiss the site outright.

Games and studios

The game library draws on 45 studios. Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Hacksaw Gaming are among the better-known names on that roster; smaller studios (AvatarUX and ELK Studios also appear). A long supplier list tells you who makes the games, not how many titles are available or how well they run.

Live play is a real part of the offer, not an afterthought. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps and other table games are all listed. If you want a dealer rather than a random number generator, there's a route in.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits start at €20, and withdrawals do too. Crypto is the broadest route in: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether, Tron and USDC all appear on the deposit list, alongside Visa and MasterCard. The withdrawal side is narrower. AstroPay, MiFinity and Wire Transfer join Bitcoin, Litecoin, Tether and USDC on payouts; cards don't appear there.

Accounts are held in EUR or CAD. Withdrawal limits are capped at €1000 per day, €5000 per week and €10000 per month. A large balance comes out in stages rather than in one transfer. Crypto payouts are listed at 1–24 business hours, wire transfers at 1–5 business days. One gap worth flagging: the feed gives an e-wallet withdrawal time but doesn't list an e-wallet as a withdrawal method. I wouldn't plan a payout around that route.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby runs on purple and magenta gradients with bright game tiles. A left sidebar holds the main sections — Games, Live Casino, Rewards and Customer Support — and the top bar shows balance, level and account icons. Most navigation sits in one column. A search field and tabs for Popular, New, Slots, Bonus Buy, Megaways and Table sit above the game rows.

Game tiles in the screenshots include Wild Cash, Book of Mummies and Sun of Egypt. The layout is dense but clearly sectioned, and the colour scheme is deliberately loud rather than understated.

Playing on a phone

LuckyKong lists Mobile Web, Mobile and Download among its platforms. A browser-based mobile route is available. The two device flags for Android and iOS apps are both set to 0, which means no native app is confirmed. If you prefer an installed app, don't count on one here.

Responsible gambling

The site points to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy for support. Those are established help organisations. A link to them isn't a licence and doesn't tell you how the operator handles disputes or complaints.

Who can sign up

The restricted list is long and includes the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Australia and the Netherlands. That's a broad set of major markets. Check your own country before you deposit. The casino isn't flagged as VPN-friendly; a VPN flag doesn't tell you how restrictions are enforced. I'd take the list at face value.

Getting help

Support runs through Live Chat and Email. The interface is in English, and English is the only confirmed chat language. I'd expect the chat to run in English rather than assume another language is covered. The channels are listed without hours or response times, which is worth knowing before you rely on a quick answer.
