IVIP9 Casino Review

A 2022 launch with a warning attached

IVIP9 Casino launched in 2022 and carries a Warning status. That's the first thing to weigh, and it belongs at the top rather than buried under the lobby.

The catalogue covers slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other live table games, plus bingo, craps, keno, scratch cards and video poker. Live Dealer is a listed feature. There's a live floor to browse alongside the reels.

The displayed rating is 4 out of 5. An imported score doesn't settle safety, and a warning doesn't disappear because the number looks decent. Take the games as the draw and the status as the caveat.

Testing labs, not a licence

Three testing names appear: iTech Labs, BMM Testlabs and eCOGRA. These are lab names. They don't confirm that IVIP9 holds a specific licence, and they don't tell you where the casino is regulated.

Access restrictions

IVIP9 is not flagged as VPN friendly. If you reach the site through a VPN, that's a term worth reading before you deposit. The flag alone doesn't show how enforcement works.

Games and studios

IVIP9 lists 18 providers. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and NetEnt are a useful sample of the lineup, with Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil Gaming among the rest.

The live floor is its own listing: baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games. That's separate from the slot and arcade categories, and a provider name doesn't guarantee which live tables run where.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

The minimum deposit is SG$50 and the minimum withdrawal is also SG$50. Balances are held in SGD and THB.

Deposits go through FastPay, PayFast or wire transfer. Withdrawals list PayFast and wire transfer only. FastPay appears on the deposit side alone.

Wire transfer withdrawals are given as 0–48 business hours. The feed also gives 0–48 business hours for e-wallets, but no e-wallet is listed among the withdrawal methods. I'd plan around the wire route.

What the lobby shows

The homepage is black and gold, with a banner for a new website and a row of icons below it. The menu runs Home, Sports, E-Sports, Casino, Slots, Fishing, Promotions and More. Sports and fishing sit beside the casino tabs.

The lobby uses a filter bar (ALL, HOT, NEW, SLOT, ARCADE) with a popularity dropdown and a search field. Titles on screen include Mahjong Thorax, Lucky Twins and Fortune Rabbit, with a featured panel above the grid.

Playing on a phone

IVIP9 lists Android and iOS support, along with Mobile App, Mobile Web, Instant Play and Download as access routes. Those labels describe options; they don't prove separate native apps or that every live table runs smoothly on a handset.

Support and languages

Live chat, email and phone are the contact channels. Live chat is confirmed in English. That doesn't tell you the hours, how quickly replies arrive, or whether email and phone cover other languages.

The website itself is in English and Thai. If you need help in Thai, I'd ask about that before relying on it.
