Herake Casino Review

A 2024 launch with live tables and slots

Herake Casino opened in 2024 and covers slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and bingo, plus video poker, keno, scratch cards and other live table games. If you want slots and live dealers in one lobby, that mix is the draw.

One thing to weigh first: Herake carries a Warning status and a rating of 4 out of 5. Read the cashier terms closely before you register.

Deposits, withdrawal minimums and payout windows

You can open an account from €10, and withdrawals start at €50. Deposits include Visa, MasterCard, Skrill and Neteller, plus digital currencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether).

The withdrawal list is narrower. Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, AstroPay, Help2Pay and the same crypto wallets appear there; Apple Pay, iDEAL, paysafecard, Rapid Transfer and Wire Transfer do not.

Payout timing splits by route: e-wallets at 0–24 business hours, crypto wallets at 0–2 business days and credit cards at 4–5 business days. Herake caps withdrawals at €2,500 per week and €7,000 per month. Larger balances clear over more than one request. Would that weekly cap bother me? Only on a big win. The site lists EUR, USD and GBP among its currencies.

Studios and games on offer

Herake works with 68 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech, Play n GO and Hacksaw Gaming. That supplier list feeds the mix of slots, table games, video poker and scratch cards you can browse.

Live dealers cover baccarat, blackjack, roulette, keno, bingo and other table games, which gives the live lobby more shape than a single-room setup.

One support channel, six languages

Support is handled by email only. There's no live chat or phone number listed. A reply takes as long as it takes — that's a gap worth factoring in if you like quick answers.

The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic and French, which covers a decent spread of the player base. Whether email replies come in all those languages isn't stated. I'd assume nothing beyond English until you've tested it.

Mobile play without a dedicated app

There's no native Android or iOS app for Herake. What you get instead is mobile web access alongside the desktop Instant Play and Download options. You can also reach the casino through Telegram.

Mobile web is the practical route on a phone. That's it — no app-store download, no separate mobile lobby to learn. Whether every live table performs the same on a phone as on desktop isn't something I can confirm from what's here.

Restricted countries and VPN access

Herake does not accept players from Australia, France, the Netherlands, Singapore or the United States. If you're in one of those countries, the site isn't an option for you.

The site isn't VPN-friendly either. Trying to get around a country restriction isn't a route Herake supports. That's a firm line, not a grey area.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby runs a dark navy background with gold and orange accents, and a left sidebar handles most of the navigation. From there you can jump between Home, Casino Games, Live Casino, Promotions and VIP, with horizontal tabs switching between slots, live dealer, TV games, table games and virtual games.

Game rows mix familiar slot titles such as Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza with a Live Wins strip. A search box and filter dropdowns sit above the grid, which should help you narrow down 68 providers' worth of content.
