Grand Ivy Casino Review

Grand Ivy Casino at a glance

Grand Ivy Casino opened in 2016 and carries a Good status. Slots sit alongside live baccarat, blackjack and roulette, plus bingo, keno, craps, video poker and scratch cards. The spread suits someone who moves between live tables and ordinary casino games under one login.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits

Both deposits and withdrawals start at €20. Card and wire payouts are quoted at 3–5 business days, while e-wallet withdrawals are listed at 0–24 business hours. One cap applies to all of it: €5,000 per week.

The cashier covers a wide spread of methods. Deposits include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Trustly; the withdrawal list is narrower but still takes cards, bank transfer, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Neosurf and Revolut.

Accounts can be held in eight currencies, including EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and NZD. The €20 minimums and the weekly cap are stated in euros; I'd confirm how they're applied if your account is in another currency before planning a large cashout.

Support and languages

Support runs through live chat and email. Chat is confirmed in English. The site itself is available in English and French; the language setting on the site doesn't automatically tell you which language a chat agent will answer in.

Access restrictions

Grand Ivy is not flagged as VPN-friendly. A VPN flag doesn't by itself explain how access is enforced, but it's a reason to use the site from an ordinary connection rather than routing through a VPN.

Games and studios

The catalogue draws on 96 studios, with Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO and Evolution among them. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games come under the live dealer heading, while the slots side leans on the studios above.

Inside the lobby

The lobby uses a dark charcoal and gold palette. A left sidebar carries categories such as New Games, Popular Games, Jackpot Slots, Live Casino, Blackjack and Roulette, and a search field sits above the game grid — a practical way to jump to a studio or title instead of scrolling.

The slots view is headed Slots Games (201 games), and each tile shows the provider name underneath. You can tell straight away which studio made a title.

Playing on mobile

The site runs as Mobile Web. There are no separate Android or iOS app downloads indicated. The browser is the access route. How the live tables behave on a phone isn't something the lobby screenshots show; I'd try one on your own device if live play on the move matters to you.

Responsible gambling signs

The site lists GamCare and Gambling Therapy as responsible gambling organisations, and carries an eCOGRA seal. Those are useful names to recognise, though a listed seal isn't a statement about how the operator handles complaints or disputes.
