Fenikss Casino Review

What Fenikss Casino offers

Fenikss Casino has run since 2015 and carries a Warning status, which is worth knowing before you go further. The lobby covers slots alongside live baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other live table games, plus bingo, keno and video poker. That mix suits someone who wants a live table next to a slot session rather than one or the other.

Deposits and withdrawals

The minimum deposit is €0.01. A small first top-up is possible. The minimum withdrawal is €5, and accounts are held in EUR only.

Deposits can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Revolut or wire transfer. Withdrawals are listed for Visa, MasterCard and wire transfer only.

Card and wire withdrawals are quoted at 3 to 5 business days. E-wallet timing of 0 to 24 business hours appears in the conditions, but no e-wallet is listed as a withdrawal method — I wouldn't count on that route.

Fenikss states no limit on withdrawals. Would I treat that as a promise of instant payouts? No; the card and wire windows above still apply.

Studios and game selection

Fenikss works with 37 studios. NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Evolution are among the names on the list, alongside smaller suppliers (Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City). That roster says who supplies the casino, not how many titles each one contributes.

The live selection is its own set of tables: baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette and other live table games. Slots, bingo, keno and video poker sit outside it. You can move between live tables and the rest of the lobby.

Support and site languages

Support runs through live chat, email and phone. Latvian is the confirmed chat language; that doesn't tell you what email or phone support answer in.

The website itself is available in English, Russian and Latvian. Those are interface languages, separate from the chat language confirmed above.

Playing on a phone

Mobile Web is the confirmed browser route, listed alongside Download, Mobile and Live Dealer. The live games are listed separately from the mobile option. I wouldn't take mobile web as proof that every live table runs smoothly on a phone.

Access restrictions

Fenikss is not listed as VPN-friendly. If you rely on a VPN to reach the site, expect access problems.

How the lobby looks

The homepage uses a red and charcoal palette, with a hero banner above New games and Popular shelves. The header splits Casino, Live Casino, Sports and Live Bets, and a filter bar adds Search, Bonus Buy, Jackpot and All games.

The game lobby is a dense grid of tiles under the same red header, with tabs for Home page, Popular, New and Jackpot. Titles like 9 Pots of Gold, Book of Wonders and Crystal Fruits are visible in the grid.
