A long-running site with a warning attached

Casino Supreme Play has run since 2012. That's a long time in this business, and the site carries a Warning status alongside a 3 rating on a 5-point scale. I won't soften either. The scale is not itself a rating — the 3 is the score, and the warning stands next to it. Studios and live tables

The lobby lists ten studios: Rival, BetSoft, DragonGaming and Spinomenal among them, plus Fugaso, Saucify, Vivo Gaming and others. A supplier name tells you who makes the games, not which ones are on site. The live section covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette and table games — four categories, and no more than that is claimed. Slots, bingo, keno, video poker and scratch cards round out the non-live side. If live tables are your thing, DragonGaming and Vivo Gaming are the names to look for.

Deposits, withdrawals and the numbers between them

The minimum deposit is €5. The minimum withdrawal is €50 — ten times higher, and worth knowing before you deposit. Withdrawal limits are €1500 per day and €10000 per month. Crypto and wire transfers are among the withdrawal routes; so are Visa and MasterCard. E-wallets like Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity appear on the deposit list but not on the withdrawal list, and the timing sheet gives an e-wallet window anyway. I can't resolve that. Don't count on an e-wallet payout. Crypto wallets and e-wallets are listed at 0–24 business hours, cards at 3–4 business days, wire transfer at 2–3 business days. Account currencies are EUR, USD, GBP, AUD and ZAR.

Browser play, not an app

Casino Supreme Play supports play in a mobile browser. There's no Android or iOS app listed. The browser is the route. Live dealer and mobile appear as separate items, and I can't say the live tables run identically in a mobile browser — only that mobile web access is supported. Desktop screenshots don't tell me how the phone layout behaves. If you mainly play on a handset, try a few games before you commit to a session.

What the lobby shows

The lobby screenshots show a dark charcoal background with green buttons and gold game artwork — a high-contrast look. A left sidebar carries links for Favourites, Recent Games, Profile, Cashier and Games; across the top are tabs for All Games, Exclusives, New Releases, Top Picks, Live Games, Featured Games and Specialty Games, plus a search field. Game tiles include Zeus Rising, Snow Wonder, Oriental Flower and Lucky Clover. One screen adds a Most played row. I'd use the search field first; the tile grid is dense.

Responsible gambling links

The site lists Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy as responsible gambling organisations. Those are help resources, not a licence or a certification, and I can't confirm how they're presented on the page. For anyone who wants a break, they're the two names to look for.

Where the site is restricted

A long list of countries is restricted (Canada, the Netherlands, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine and the Russian Federation). That's not a full list here — the site's own page has it. VPN use isn't supported. The restriction list and the VPN flag are separate things; neither tells me how enforcement works in practice.

Support runs through live chat, email and phone. Live chat is confirmed in English. The site interface also appears in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese, French and Italian — but I don't know whether support covers those languages.
