Caliente Review

The short version

Caliente launched in 2014 and carries a Warning status alongside a 3 out of 5 rating. That Warning stays part of the picture.

The catalogue leans on live tables. Baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other live table games are all present.

Payments in pesos

The minimum deposit is MXN10 and the minimum withdrawal is also MXN10. That's a low floor for both directions.

Deposits cover Apple Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, OXXO, paysafecard, Todito Cash, Visa and wire transfer. Withdrawals cover Maestro, MasterCard, OXXO, paysafecard, Todito Cash, Visa and wire transfer. Apple Pay appears on the deposit side only.

Timing depends on the route. Wire transfers take 2–3 business days; credit cards take 4–5 business days. The feed also lists an e-wallet window of 0–24 business hours, but no e-wallet route appears in the withdrawal list. I can't recommend one.

There's a withdrawal cap: MXN120,000 per month. That's a ceiling on how much leaves the account in a calendar month, not a processing time. Would I take the monthly cap? Only for small cashouts.

Everything at the cashier runs in MXN. Deposits, withdrawals and the monthly cap are all set in pesos.

Where it's restricted

The restricted list is long and includes the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Turkey. Access from those markets isn't available.

The casino isn't set up for VPN play. A restricted-country connection isn't a workaround. Check where you're connecting from before you register.

Studios and the catalogue

Caliente works with eight providers. The list includes Pragmatic Play, Playtech, EGT Digital and Games Global, alongside Ainsworth, Ash Gaming, Quickspin and Ruby Play.

The live selection covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other live table games. Those categories are types, not table counts.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby screenshots show a red-and-white palette with a dark grey base, a top utility bar, a logo header with login fields and a horizontal category menu running across the page. Category tabs cover Inicio, Slots, Cartas, Mesas, Jackpots, En Vivo and Destacados, with a search field for finding a game by name.

The first screen centres on a piñatas-themed banner above the tile grid, with a wider menu that adds Empleados, Ubicacion and Opciones de Pago to the navigation. Game tiles on the second screen include Las Chicas, White Witch, King of Giza and Amazing Worms, some carrying Nuevo badges. One banner advertises 243 formas de ganar.

Playing on a phone

Caliente covers mobile through a mobile web route plus Android and iOS app options, and a download client is listed as well. That's four ways in.

Responsible gambling and seals

The responsible-gambling information points to Gamblers Anonymous. A GLI Certification seal also appears on the site, though it isn't classified here. A help link and a seal aren't the same as a gaming licence, and neither replaces checking who regulates the operator.

Support and language

Support runs through live chat, email and phone. Live chat is confirmed in Spanish. That's one confirmed chat language, not a statement about the other channels. The wider site is also in Spanish, and the screenshot menu labels are Spanish too. If you need English support, I'd ask before you deposit.
