BonkersBet Casino Review

A 2018 site with a warning attached

BonkersBet has been running since 2018 and carries a Warning status alongside a 3-out-of-5 rating. That pairing is the first thing to understand about it: there's a real catalogue here, and a real caution too.

The lobby spans slots, bingo, scratch cards, video poker and live tables. The mix suits a few different moods rather than one narrow habit.

Deposits and cashouts

Both deposits and withdrawals start at €10, which keeps the entry point modest in either direction. MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill and Wire Transfer appear on both lists; paysafecard is a deposit method only.

Withdrawal timing is quoted as 0–24 business hours for e-wallets, 2–3 business days for credit cards and 4–5 business days for wire transfer. The daily withdrawal limit is €5,000 and the monthly cap is €10,000. Accounts are held in EUR or USD.

The e-wallet window is short on paper. Whether a cashout fits inside it depends on the method you used and when the request is reviewed; the cap, not the clock, is what I'd size a large cashout around.

Reaching support

Email is the listed contact channel, and English is the site's language. That's the full picture for reaching someone directly.

No response times are quoted. If you need a quick answer on a pending cashout, email is what you have.

Games and studios

Twenty-two studios supply the catalogue. Pragmatic Play, Playtech, BetSoft and Yggdrasil Gaming are among the names you'll spot beneath tiles; others include BGaming, Habanero, Quickspin and Booongo.

Live play covers baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games. The screenshots show titles such as Age of the Gods: God of Storms and Fire Blaze Adventure Trail Jackpots.

What the lobby looks like

The lobby is dark, with yellow accents on the primary buttons and a near-black background. Category icons sit above a search bar, then games are arranged in stacked rows — Top Games, Jackpot — each with a View all control.

The All Games view uses a denser grid of tiles with provider names captioned beneath, plus category tabs and a breadcrumb. It's a lot of scrolling if you don't know what you're after; the search field is the shortcut.

Playing on a phone

Mobile Web is listed as an access route, alongside Instant Play in the browser and a Mobile App entry. Neither an Android nor an iOS app is flagged.

If the app route doesn't materialise for your device, the browser version is the stated alternative. I'd lean on Mobile Web rather than chase an app listing.

Responsible gambling

GamCare and GambleAware appear as responsible-gambling organisations. That's a help reference, not a licence or a statement about how the casino handles disputes.

Who can't play

The restricted-country list is long and specific. It includes the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia and Israel, among others.

The site is not marked as VPN-friendly. I wouldn't treat a VPN as a way around these limits.

If your country is on the list, stop there and look elsewhere; no catalogue or cashout detail can change that.
