Azur Casino Review

A long-running site with a warning attached

Azur Casino opened in 2016 and carries a Warning status with a rating of 3 out of 5. The age tells you how long it has operated; the warning is the part I'd weigh first.

The lobby covers slots, craps, keno, video poker and scratch cards, plus live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, bingo and table games. That's a broad spread of formats under one account.

Deposits from €10, withdrawals from €50

You can deposit from €10, but the smallest withdrawal is €50. Both figures are in euros, and the cashier also supports CAD, AUD and CHF.

AstroPay, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, Pay4Fun, Visa, MasterCard, Interac and Wire Transfer are listed for withdrawals. CASHlib and Rapid Transfer appear among deposit options but not among the withdrawal routes.

E-wallets are listed at 1–3 business days; wire transfer and credit cards at 3–5 business days. Those are payout windows, not instant transfers. The cap is €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month. Would that clear a big win quickly? No — €2,500 a week means a larger balance arrives in instalments.

44 studios behind the lobby

The lobby draws on 44 providers (NetEnt, Play n GO, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Yggdrasil Gaming), alongside BetSoft, Novomatic and Ezugi. A roster this size gives you plenty of names to browse; how each title plays is a game-by-game judgement.

Live coverage is confirmed for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, table games and bingo. The live floor has real variety rather than a single roulette wheel.

An airy lobby with a packed sidebar

The homepage uses light blue, white and pastel pink, with a soft seaside illustration behind the hero area and darker game tiles providing contrast. It reads calm rather than loud.

Navigation splits between header links for Casino, Promotions and Why us, and a left sidebar with a search box above categories including All Games, Tournaments, New, Slots, Table Games, Live Casino, Video Poker, Other and Jackpots. That's a lot of routes into the catalogue; the search field is the one I'd reach for first.

Browser play is the confirmed route

Azur lists Instant Play, Mobile Web and Mobile among its access options. Mobile Web means the lobby opens in a phone browser. Plan on playing that way.

Live Dealer is listed as a feature. Separate live and mobile entries don't establish that every live table works on a phone. Check the specific table you want on your own device.

A long restricted-country list

The restricted list runs to dozens of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Israel. Several major markets are closed.

The site also isn't flagged as VPN-friendly. A restriction flag doesn't establish how enforcement works, but it does mean the listed countries are off limits. Check your own before you sign up.

Live chat and email

Support is available through Live Chat and Email. Chat languages are confirmed for English only. The site itself also runs in French, though that's the interface language, not a confirmed chat language.

If you need help in French, email is the channel to try — but don't assume French-language email replies without asking first. Opening hours aren't published here. I'd send a question before relying on chat at an odd hour.
