Amok Casino Review

A 2021 launch with a wide game floor

Amok Casino opened in 2021 and holds a Good status on a five-point scale. The game floor covers slots and video poker alongside bingo, keno and scratch cards, with live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games from dedicated studios. That's a genuinely broad mix, and it's the first thing worth knowing about the place.

Payments: low minimums, then a real cap

Both the deposit and withdrawal minimums sit at €20. Getting money in and out starts at the same modest level. The casino lists a wide spread of funding routes: e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity), cards (Visa, MasterCard), prepaid options (paysafecard, Flexepin, Neosurf) and bank transfer. Accounts work in EUR, NOK and NZD.

Withdrawal speed depends on the method. E-wallets are quoted at 0 to 24 business hours, wire transfer at 1 to 3 business days, and credit cards at 4 to 5 business days. Withdrawal limits are €5000 per day and €20000 per month; the daily figure is the one I would watch, since it caps larger single cashouts. Would I take the daily cap? Only for small cashouts.

Games: 42 studios and a live floor

The lobby draws on 42 providers, among them NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play n GO and Evolution. Live baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other table games are available. The live-dealer option isn't an afterthought. Slots, bingo, keno, scratch cards and video poker round out the selection.

What the lobby shows

The All Games screen opens with a red-and-orange gradient background and a dense grid of tiles under Popular, Recommended Games and New Releases. A top bar carries a hamburger menu, search and a rounded red Deposit button.

A separate promotional landing page centres on the logo and a sign-up form over tilted game artwork, with no navigation menu or category rows visible.

Mobile access without an app

Amok lists Mobile Web and Instant Play as its access options. There's no dedicated Android or iOS app flagged. The browser route is the one to plan around.

Responsible gambling links

The site points to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy for help with gambling problems.

Where Amok is restricted

The restricted-country list is long and includes the United States, Israel, Lithuania, Panama, Puerto Rico and Zimbabwe, among many others. If you're outside those markets, check your own jurisdiction before signing up.

Support and language

Live Chat and Email are the support channels. English is the only confirmed chat language, while the interface is available in English, German, Norwegian and Finnish. If you need help in German or Finnish, email is the channel to try.
