9winz Casino Review

A 2021 site with a rupee-first cashier

9winz Casino has run since 2021 and carries a Good status. The game selection leans on live tables and slots — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps, bingo, keno and table games all appear in live form, alongside slots, video poker and scratch cards. That mix is the quick version of what you'll find.

Deposits, withdrawals and the caps that apply

The minimum deposit is ₹500 and the minimum withdrawal is ₹1000. Deposits can be made with Binance Pay, Bitcoin, Google Pay, MasterCard, Paytm, RuPay, UPI, USDC and Visa. Withdrawals are narrower: Google Pay, MasterCard, Paytm, RuPay, UPI and Visa. If you funded with crypto, don't assume you can cash out the same way — the withdrawal list doesn't include those coins.

Withdrawals are capped at ₹500000 per day and ₹2000000 per week. Timing depends on the route: credit cards take 1 - 3 business days, crypto wallets 0 - 24 business hours, and wire transfer 5 - 7 business days. E-wallet timing appears in the same list, but no e-wallet method is listed for withdrawals. I'd treat that figure as unresolved rather than a route you can plan around. Would I take the weekly cap? Only for small cashouts. Given the caps, crypto is the quicker cash-out if you already hold it.

Live chat, email and the languages behind them

9winz lists two support channels: Live Chat and Email. Live chat languages include Bengali. The website itself is available in English, Hindi and Bengali. The interface won't be a barrier for those readers. Whether email support covers all three isn't something the record settles — if you need a language other than Bengali, ask before you rely on it. I'd open live chat first and confirm the hours before a time-sensitive query.

108 studios, and what they cover

The provider list runs to 108 names, among them NetEnt, Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play. That number is a supplier count, not a game count. What the site publishes about the games themselves is clearer in the live section: baccarat, bingo, blackjack, craps, keno, roulette and table games. Away from the tables there are slots, video poker and scratch cards.

What the lobby looks like

The homepage is dark charcoal and black with purple, blue, gold and orange accents, a top menu for Lobby, Live Casino, Slots, Aviator and more, and a search field. Below that, three columns hold side banners next to a central carousel and a Live Dealer row. A second lobby view keeps the same dark palette, with a left sidebar of slot categories beside a grid of game tiles; that screen has no visible search box. The top-menu search on the homepage is the quicker route to a specific title.

Playing on a phone

9winz offers Mobile Web and a Download option, plus Instant Play and Telegram. The mobile experience runs in the browser. I'd use Instant Play from a phone and keep the desktop route for anything that needs a bigger screen.

GambleAware and what it covers

GambleAware is the responsible-gambling organisation linked to 9winz. That's a help reference, not a licence or a seal of approval. If your play stops feeling controlled, it's a real starting point for support.

VPN access

A VPN isn't supported here. The connection you play on is the one the site expects. If you normally route through a VPN, you'll need to turn it off.
